Santa Maria College is situated on six and a half hectares of land in the striking suburb of Attadale, south of Perth City. The campus offers spectacular views across the Swan River and city skyline and exudes a wonderful openness and natural beauty with picturesque gardens and parklands close by.
The Boarding Community is specifically located within the College grounds, yet a fair distance away from the teaching and learning areas, to ensure students feel the distinct difference between school and free time. The Colleges’ central location means trips to places like Perth city, Fremantle and the beach are short, safe and easily coordinated.
Students of Santa Maria College have access to a wide variety of modern and vibrant facilities, whether it be for learning and development, information and technology, sport and recreation or arts and cultural. Some of our facilities include:

In 2010, the College unveiled a new wing on campus which provides state of the art facilities for all students and staff. The new Mercy Building includes Food Technology and ICT facilities on the ground floor, a double storey Library, with a Learning Plaza and Resource Centre on the second and third floor, and an upgraded staff facility on the third floor. Extensive use of technologies are reflected with large, interactive whiteboards in each classroom and teaching area and multimedia messaging and distribution systems throughout.
In 2011 the College took possession of the newly renovated McDonald Building. Recent renovations saw the old gymnasium double in size, including 450 retractable seats, giving the College an undercover space to forum whole school assemblies. The building also features a conference centre, drop down audio-visual screens, a new fitness centre, three new teaching areas, new change rooms and restrooms, kitchen facilities and a large entry foyer.
